头皮排毒护理跟草药头皮护理差在哪？What is the difference between the scalp detox and the herbal scalp care?
排毒护理重点在深层清洁：把头皮上的油脂和堵塞清干净，适合头皮油腻、毛孔堵塞、有异味的人。草药头皮护理是整套草本流程：头皮检测、刮痧、上草药泥膜、蒸气、清洗、喷养发精华到吹干，头皮屑多、头皮痒的适合做这个。不确定选哪一个，WhatsApp 问我们。The scalp detox is about deep cleansing — clearing the oil and build-up, for scalps that run greasy, feel clogged or carry an odour. The herbal scalp care is the full herbal routine: scan, guasha, herbal clay, steam, wash, hair tonic and blow-dry, and it suits flaking or itchy scalps. Not sure which one? Message us on WhatsApp.

头皮排毒护理 首次体验 RM68（原价 RM238）；草药头皮护理、头皮屑护理、生发护理、白发护理，首次体验都是 RM89（原价 RM238）；织发（男 · 女）价格请 WhatsApp 询问。Scalp Detox Treatment: RM68 for a first trial (regular RM238). 用多久看得到分别？How long before I see a difference?
每个人的头皮不一样，没有固定时间。头皮的感觉（出油、痒）通常比头发先有变化；头发本身以月为单位在长。想知道有没有变化，每个月在同样的灯光下拍一张分线照来比。It varies from scalp to scalp. How the scalp feels — oil, itch — usually changes before the hair does; hair itself grows on a cycle measured in months. To track it, photograph your parting under the same light once a month and compare.
做完护理，掉发看起来更多，正常吗？More hair comes out after a treatment. Normal?
洗头本来就会带下已经松脱的头发，护理时按摩、冲洗得比较彻底，会一次看到比较多。如果之后掉发明显变多，或头皮痒、红、刺痛，WhatsApp 告诉我们；一直没好转请看医生。Washing always takes away hairs that had already let go, and a treatment massages and rinses more thoroughly, so you see them at once. If shedding clearly increases afterwards, or the scalp itches, reddens or stings, message us — and see a doctor if it does not settle.
怀孕、产后可以做护理吗？Can I have a treatment while pregnant or after giving birth?
产后掉发很常见，多数会自己回来。怀孕或哺乳期间要不要做头皮护理，请先问你的医生——我们不替医生做决定。Post-partum shedding is common and usually settles on its own. Whether to have a scalp treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding is a question for your doctor, not for us.
染发、烫发之后多久可以做护理？How soon after colouring or perming can I book?
等头皮不刺不痒了再做，通常几天。头皮还在痛就先别做，先 WhatsApp 跟我们说。Wait until the scalp has stopped stinging — usually a few days. If it still hurts, hold off and message us first.
怎么知道自己是油性还是干性？How do I know if I’m oily or dry?
洗完头隔一天，早上起来看发根：贴着头皮、有光，是油性；蓬松但发尾毛躁、梳子会有静电，是干性。分不清就拍一张分线的近照传给我们看。A full day after washing, look at the roots in the morning. Flat and shiny against the scalp means oily; fluffy at the root with frayed ends and static means dry. Not sure? Send us a close photo of your parting.

男生女生都可以做吗？Is it for men or women?
都可以。头皮的问题不分男女——出油就是出油，敏感就是敏感。Both. Scalp problems don’t split by gender — oily is oily, reactive is reactive.
圆形脱发、鬼剃头有用吗？Will this help with alopecia areata?
这不是头皮护理能处理的状况。突然一块一块掉、边缘整齐的，请先看医生；治疗期间头皮的日常清洁挑温和的。That is not something a scalp treatment can deal with. Sudden round patches with clean edges need a doctor; while you are being treated, keep everyday cleansing gentle.
