用多久看得到分别？How long before I see a difference?
头皮的感觉（不那么油、不那么痒）通常两三周就有；头发本身长得慢，一个生长周期要几个月，急不来。有人跟你保证两星期长头发，那是在骗你。How the scalp feels — less oily, less itchy — usually shifts in two to three weeks. Hair itself grows on a cycle measured in months. Anyone promising new growth in a fortnight is lying to you.
刚开始用反而掉更多，正常吗？I’m shedding more since I started. Normal?
头几次洗把本来就松了、卡在头皮上的头发一起洗下来，看起来会多。如果两周后还在明显增加，停用，传讯息给我们。The first few washes take away hairs that had already let go and were sitting on the scalp, so it looks like more. If it is still clearly increasing after two weeks, stop and message us.
孕妇、产后可以用吗？Can I use this while pregnant or after giving birth?
产后掉发很常见，多数会自己回来。怀孕或哺乳期间要不要用任何头皮产品，请先问你的医生——我们不替医生做决定。Post-partum shedding is common and usually settles on its own. Whether to use any scalp product during pregnancy or breastfeeding is a question for your doctor, not for us.
染发、烫发之后多久能用？How soon after colouring or perming?
洗发和滋养液随时可以。头皮精华和泥膜等头皮不刺不痒了再开始，通常几天。头皮还在痛就先别碰。Shampoo and the tonic, any time. Hold the scalp essences and clay until the scalp has stopped stinging — usually a few days. If it still hurts, leave it alone.
怎么知道自己是油性还是干性？How do I know if I’m oily or dry?
洗完头隔一天，早上起来看发根：贴着头皮、有光，是油性；蓬松但发尾毛躁、梳子会有静电，是干性。分不清就拍一张分线的近照传给我们看。A full day after washing, look at the roots in the morning. Flat and shiny against the scalp means oily; fluffy at the root with frayed ends and static means dry. Not sure? Send us a close photo of your parting.
五支要全部买吗？Do I need all five products?
不用。多数人从「一支洗 + 一支精华」开始就够了。泥膜是一周一次的加分项，不是必需品。我们宁可你先买两支用出心得，也不要你一次买一整套然后放着。No. One wash plus one essence is enough for most people. The clay is a once-a-week extra, not a requirement. We would rather you bought two and actually used them than bought the set and left it on a shelf.
男生女生都能用吗？Is this for men or women?
都能用。头皮的问题不分男女——出油就是出油，敏感就是敏感。差别在用量：头发短的精华用得省，一瓶撑比较久。Both. Scalp problems don’t split by gender — oily is oily, reactive is reactive. The only difference is how fast you get through a bottle: short hair uses less essence.
泥膜要敷多久？会不会伤头发？How long do I leave the clay on? Will it damage my hair?
敷头皮，不敷发尾——发尾本来就干，泥膜会更干。头皮的话停一会儿就冲掉，不用等到全干。一周一次就够，天天敷反而把头皮的油脂屏障洗坏。On the scalp, not the ends — the ends are already dry and clay will make them drier. On the scalp, leave it a while and rinse; you don’t need to let it dry out. Once a week is enough. Daily use strips the scalp’s own barrier.
会不会有依赖性，停用就掉更多？Will I become dependent — will stopping make it worse?
不会。这些是洗护品，不是药，没有停药反弹这回事。停用之后头皮会慢慢回到你原本的状态，仅此而已。No. These are cosmetics, not medication — there is no rebound to stop. Stop using them and your scalp gradually returns to how it was. That is all that happens.
圆形脱发、鬼剃头有用吗？Will this help with alopecia areata?
不会，我们也不会这样卖。突然一块一块掉、边缘整齐的，请先看医生。治疗期间头皮的日常清洁要挑温和的，这部分我们可以帮你选。No, and we won’t sell it to you that way. Sudden round patches with clean edges need a doctor. While you are being treated, everyday cleansing should come from something gentle — that part we can help with.
