发际线后移Receding hairline

额角两边越退越高，绑起头发才看得明显。发际线后移多半跟遗传和荷尔蒙有关。The corners creep back — most obvious when the hair is tied up. A receding hairline is mostly down to genetics and hormones.

分线越来越宽，灯光一照看得到头皮。自己看不到，通常是家人先讲。The parting widens and the scalp shows under a light. You rarely spot this yourself — someone else usually mentions it first.

头皮出油Oily scalp

早上洗，下午就塌了、贴头皮。越洗越油的人，常常是洗得太用力、水太热。Washed in the morning, flat and greasy by afternoon. If it seems to get oilier the more you wash, look at how hard you scrub and how hot the water is.

头皮屑Flaking

深色衣服上一层白。干的屑和油的屑是两回事：干屑细小飘落，油屑黄黄的、黏在头皮上。A dusting on dark clothes. Dry flakes and oily flakes are not the same thing — dry ones are fine and fall away, oily ones are yellowish and stick to the scalp.

头皮敏感Sensitive scalp

染烫后、或换季就痒、刺、发红，碰到就不舒服。这种头皮最怕「猛料」，浓度越高反而越糟。Itchy, stinging or red after colouring, or whenever the season turns. This is the scalp that reacts badly to strong actives — more concentration makes it worse, not better.

在家：先停掉会刺激的东西，只用温和的洗发水，让头皮稳下来。门市：头皮在发红、刺痛的时候先别做护理，WhatsApp 跟我们说状况。At home: drop anything that stings and wash with something gentle until the scalp settles. In the shop: while it is red or stinging, hold off on a treatment — message us and tell us what is going on.

白发早生Early grey

三十出头就一撮一撮的白，两鬓最先。白发跟遗传、压力、睡眠都有关系；头皮保养顾的，是还有颜色的那些发丝的光泽。Grey coming through in your thirties, temples first. Grey is tied to genetics, stress and sleep; scalp care looks after the shine of the hair that still has its colour.

干燥易断Dry & brittle

梳子一拉就断，发尾毛躁分岔，头发摸起来像草。常见于长期染烫、天天吹整、或者只顾头皮忘了发身。It snaps under the comb, the ends fray, the hair feels like straw. Usually years of colouring, daily heat styling, or caring for the scalp and forgetting the hair itself.

在家：吹风机降一档、离头发 15 公分以上；湿发别用密齿梳硬拉。发尾已经分岔的，剪掉比较快。门市：草药头皮护理顾的是头皮这一端。At home: drop the dryer one heat setting and keep it 15cm away; never drag a fine comb through wet hair. Split ends are faster to cut off. In the shop: the herbal scalp care works on the scalp end of the problem.
